Terms of Service

By accessing this website or requesting services from Skyline Robotics (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“you”, “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

We provide drone-assisted and traditional commercial exterior cleaning services (windows, facades, roofs, solar, signage) across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. A binding quote is provided in writing after a site survey; the website provides estimates only.

Bookings are confirmed in writing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a mobilization fee equal to 25% of the quoted price. Weather-driven reschedules at our discretion are free of charge.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due net-15 from the date of service. Late balances accrue 1.5% interest per month or the maximum permitted by law.

Customer is responsible for granting safe access, identifying restricted zones, and notifying tenants of scheduled work. We will mark exclusion areas and require a signed flight plan for drone operations above private property.

We carry $2,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance and operate under FAA Part 107. Except for our gross negligence or willful misconduct, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a signed quote. We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, oxidation, etching, or pre-existing damage.

All website content (logos, copy, images, video, software) is owned by Skyline Robotics or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without written permission. We may use aerial footage of completed projects for marketing unless you opt out in writing.

You agree not to (a) interfere with site security, (b) submit false information through the lead form or AI assistant, or (c) use the site for unlawful purposes.

Our AI assistant provides general information and routes qualified inquiries to our team. It is not a binding offer and may produce errors; verify all pricing and scheduling with our team in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
